Toolmaking and tooling modification are carried out in our own well equipped toolroom.

Using the latest Cad Cam software, tools can be made direct from the customer's computer files, which can be e-mailed straight to us. This helps us speed up the time taken from receiving the customers design to making the first delivery.

Using a specially developed system we can produce tooling for low volume parts much cheaper than was previously possible. This makes parts that may have been uneconomic to mould before now affordable, and allows for prototype tools to be made for larger volume parts to ensure they perform as expected, before committing to the cost of a full production tool. In most cases, much of this tooling can then be incorporated into the main production tool saving money.
